Welcome to WeatherNow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeatherNow mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Weather Information and Accuracy

WeatherNow provides weather information obtained from third-party weather data providers. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather data
• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That defects will be corrected

3.2 No Liability for Weather-Related Decisions

WeatherNow is intended for informational purposes only. You acknowledge that:

• Weather forecasts may be inaccurate or change without notice
• You should not rely solely on WeatherNow for critical decisions
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on weather information provided
• For emergency situations, always consult official weather services and local authorities

4. Location Services

WeatherNow uses your device's coarse location to provide local weather information. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• You grant permission for the App to access your approximate location
• You can disable location services at any time through your device settings

• Disabling location services may limit certain features of the App

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeatherNow regarding the use of the App.
